How much is standard shipping within Canada?  

$15 flat rate. Or if your order is over $150, it's free! 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing all your tracking details. 

Do you offer local pickup?  

We offer free local curbside pickup in the Lower Mainland, BC for all our local customers who wish to save on shipping!

When placing your order, enter your shipping information and email us: info@makeruum.com We will contact you with our location and pick up hours.

I just placed my order, when will my items ship?

We generally ship within 2-3 business days. We appreciate your patience!

*Please note all international orders are subject to import and/or customs charges, which the receiver/customer is liable for. RUUM is not responsible for these additional charges.

How long will it take before I receive my order after it has been shipped? 

Domestic orders: 3-8 business days
International orders: 7-15 business days

How do I use a gift voucher/promo code?

Once you have checked out, enter your discount/promo code under the box that says “Discount” on the right side of the screen, then click “Apply.”

How many codes can be used in one order?

Only one code can be used with a single order.

Our products are designed in Vancouver, British Columbia and made by ethnical manufacturing partners in Canada, China and India.

RUUM Trays

Can I use RUUM Trays in the microwave?   

You can use them in the microwave with or without the lid.      

Can I use RUUM Trays in the oven? 

Yes, you can use them in the oven! They are made with premium, food-grade platinum silicone that is heat-resistant for temperatures up to 450 degrees° F 232 degrees° C.
